Mode of Study
Course delivery is through classroom-based face-to-face learning at the Sydney and Brisbane Campus for 15 hours per week. This is tailored for theoretical and practical training sessions by means of simulated workplace environments and group activities. There is an additional 5 hours of online learning (trainer delivered) through QIBA’s online learning platform Learnbook (LMS). Therefore the course comprises of 20 hours of training delivery per week in total.
This is in order to develop the knowledge and foundations required to undertake business services. This course prepares learners for and practice dealing with, situations that arise in business services settings. Units of competency in these courses can be delivered as standalone units.
