Approximately 6 hours per week of unsupervised study hours (assessment preparation) is expected, in addition to the 20 hours of classroom training per week.

Course delivery is through classroom-based face-to-face learning at the Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane Campus locations. This is tailored for theoretical and practical training sessions by means of simulated workplace environments and group activities.

This allows learners to develop the knowledge and foundations required to undertake business services-based work or information and communications technology work and to prepare for and practice dealing with, situations that arise in business services and IT settings.
