Mode of Study
Course delivery is through classroom-based face-to-face learning at the Campus locations – SYDNEY- Level 3 and 7, 114-120 Castlereagh St, Sydney, NSW 2000 and BRISBANE- Level 2, 108 Margaret Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000 for 15 hours per week. This is tailored for theoretical and practical training sessions by means of simulated workplace environments and group activities. 5 hours of online learning delivered through QIBA online learning platform through Moodle (https://qiba.learnbook.com.au/course/) Thus comprises total 20 hours of training delivery per week.
This allows learners to develop the knowledge and foundations required to undertake business services-based work or information and communications technology work and to prepare for and practice dealing with, situations that arise in business services and I.T. settings. Units of competency in these courses can be delivered as standalone units.
