Mode of Study

This course is delivered to international students in class of 20 hours face-to-face per week. Course delivery is through classroom based theory as well as tailored practical training sessions by means of simulated workplace environments and group activities. This is in order to develop the knowledge and foundations required to undertake business services-based work or information and communications technology work and to prepare for and practice dealing with, situations that arise in business services and I.T. settings. Units of competency in these courses can be delivered as standalone or clustered units.

Assessment for this qualification may include written reports, case studies, projects, role plays, oral questioning, case study analysis, demonstration, presentation written assessments and third-party reports as well as portfolios of evidence and workplace reports.

Student must demonstrate competence across all tasks of Assessment to achieve Competence in the unit.
