Work Readiness and Internship Program
The Work Readiness and Internship Program is an intensive internship training program which greatly enhances the job readiness of both Australian and International graduates who seek employment with Australian and Multinational companies in their chosen professional fields.
The program is delivered over a 12 week period and includes a minimum of 3 days per week, workplace based professional internship relative to participant’s qualification.
The internship component is specifically designed to provide a platform to overcome a general lack of professional experience and gain vital practical skills. Interns gain confidence in their abilities and an in depth understanding of professional workplace cultures, staff relations and best workplace practices.
Online course work is based on the underpinning theory of the “Core Skills For Work”, an Australian Government endorsed framework of employability and communication skills.
